Piston Drive Rider Position for Turbocharged Hip Motion
Also known as The Crankshaft, Engine Rider, Turbo Squat
The Piston Drive Rider position lets her take the wheel with powerful hip motion in every direction for a fast and thrilling finish. She squats above her partner and shifts between forward, sideways and vertical strokes, building heat with every change of gear. It asks a little stamina from both partners, but the payoff comes quickly and intensely.
How to do it
He lies flat on his back on a firm mattress with his knees slightly bent and his feet planted for stability.
She squats over his hips facing him, balancing on the balls of her feet with her hands resting on his chest or knees.
She lowers herself onto him slowly and finds a comfortable depth before picking up any speed.
She starts with smooth forward and back rocking, then switches to side to side sways and finally to up and down strokes.
He holds her hips or waist to support her balance and help guide each new direction of motion.
They keep changing rhythm and direction until the building tension carries them both over the edge.
Tips
Warm up her thighs with a few slow squats beforehand so her legs can keep the engine running longer.
Placing a pillow under his hips raises him slightly and makes her squat easier to hold.
If her legs tire, she can drop onto her knees for a moment of rest without breaking the connection.
Talk about which direction feels best so you can both shift into that gear more often.
Keep water nearby, because this energetic ride works up a real sweat.
