Anchored Balance Position for Strong Armed Friction
Also known as Steady Anchor, Arm Brace Embrace
The anchored balance position rewards strong arms with long sessions of slow, high friction pleasure for adventurous couples. It takes a little practice to find the sweet spot, but once both partners lock into a steady rhythm the payoff is intense. Think of it as a sensual workout that builds trust, teamwork and plenty of heat.
How to do it
The receiving partner lies back on the edge of a sturdy bed with knees bent and feet planted firmly.
The other partner kneels or stands close between their legs and places both hands flat on the mattress beside their hips for support.
The receiving partner wraps their legs around the waist of their partner and lifts their hips slightly, bracing on their forearms.
With both bodies anchored, the top partner uses arm and core strength to hold a steady angle while moving in slow, deep strokes.
Both partners adjust their grip and hip height together until the friction feels just right, then settle into a comfortable rhythm.
Tips
Warm up shoulders and wrists beforehand since this position relies heavily on upper body strength.
Slide a firm pillow under the hips of the receiving partner to ease the strain and improve the angle.
Keep movements slow at first so you can find balance before increasing the pace.
Talk openly and pause whenever arms start to tire, then switch to a resting position before trying again.
A nonslip surface or a mattress against a wall gives extra stability and confidence.
