Flash Erotica at the Gallery Opening Gone Wild
Flash erotica at a chic gallery opening, where painter Marina hides a buzzing secret under her skirt and calls the delicious chaos performance art.
Marisol had volunteered to close the gallery alone on the night of the sculpture exhibit, and Theo, the installation artist whose work filled the east wing, had conveniently forgotten his jacket. By the time he wandered back in, the lights were dimmed, the doors were locked, and the two of them were the only adults left among the marble nudes and polished bronze curves. She was laughing before he even reached her, because his newest piece, a playful tower of glossy silicone shapes he called Desire in Motion, had just collapsed across the polished floor.
They knelt together to gather the rolling pieces, and it took Marisol a full minute to realize what she was holding. Theo grinned without a trace of shame and admitted the sculpture was built from a box of designer toys he had bought in bulk, each one chosen for color and form. She turned a violet one over in her palm, weighed it thoughtfully, and asked whether the artist had ever tested his materials. His answer was a slow kiss that tasted like the cheap champagne from the opening reception.
What followed was pure chaos. A sapphire toy skidded beneath a pedestal, a gold one rolled toward the abstract paintings, and Marisol lost her blouse somewhere near the Renaissance replicas. Theo lifted her onto the cool bench in the center of the room, the one meant for quiet contemplation, and contemplation was the last thing on either of their minds. She guided his hand and the violet toy exactly where she wanted them, her breath echoing off the high ceiling until the whole gallery seemed to hum with her.
Later, flushed and tangled together on the bench, they surveyed the wreckage of bright shapes scattered across the floor like a forgotten installation. Marisol suggested he leave it exactly that way and call it performance art. Theo kissed her shoulder and promised the next exhibit would need a lot more private rehearsal.
